He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Stevens (Darren) of Barlow, KY; his girlfriend Gina Conyers; his brothers, Steve Blye (Terry) of LaCenter, KY and David Blye of West Paducah, KY; Judy Conyers. He is also survived by several Nieces and nephews.
