He is survived by: his wife Kathy Black Holt; his children, Lee Ann Earwood (Scott) of Louisville, Kentucky and Bryan Holt (Lisa) of Metropolis, Illinois; his grandchildren, Miranda Cooper (Brandon) of Paducah, Kaden Earwood of Louisville, Samuel Edwin Earwood of Louisville and Jacob Ogle of Paducah, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Logan Cooper, Miles Cooper and Tinslee Cooper; and his close friends, Steve Haines (Pam), Eddie Chalk, David Chester, Bruce Chester, Scott Chester and Stacey Chester Gregerson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
