She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Henry Lockett and Eliza Belle Stokes; her children, Donald May and Dorothy Coley; and her siblings, Jesse Cleveland Lockett, Russell Samuel Lockett, Henry Charles Lockett, Bill Lockett, Chrystena Lockett Crafton, Eula Mae Lockett and Charlene Stokes Boulnois.

She is survived by : her caregiver Marty Young of Paducah; and her daughter Brenda Cheshire Haynes (Mike) of Paducah. She is also survived by her seven granddaughters; and five great grand children.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6965 US-45, Paducah, KY 42003).
