He is survived by: his children, Rita Pugh (Kevin), Amy Mitchell (Steven), Richard Montgomery (Tara) and Andy Montgomery (Natalie) of Paducah, Kentucky; his siblings, Joann Golden and Sam Montgomery; his grandchildren, Daniel Pugh (Shana), Caitlin Fleming (Eric), Canaan Montgomery (Rebecca), Emily Snowden (Perry), Will Montgomery (Paige), Alexandria Pappayliou (Nick), Sydney Ingram (Tristan), Hannah Mitchell, Lydia Rogers (Chris), Ethan Mitchell and Bethany Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Ward and Makeylee.
