He is survived by: his wife Marge Wurth; his children, Gina Ann Wurth Holeman (Eric) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Gregg Allan Wurth (Rachel) of Louisville, Kentucky; his sister Sue Boettinger (Bob) of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Hannah Wurth Wiseman (Jacob), Holly Wurth King (Brendan), Allison Holeman Payne (Jordan) and Lauren Holeman; and his brother-in-law Dalton Chandler. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
