She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Kolb and Louise Kolb; her siblings, Anita Kolb, Donna Kolb and Bobby Kolb; and her niece Allison Kolb.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Stone; her children, Isaac Stone and Celia Parrott (Billy Colinsky); her grandsons, Peyton Toon and Nathan Parrott; her sister-in-law Lydia Kolb; and her nephews, Casey and Jason Kolb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Billie's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
