He is survived by: his daughter Bethany Atkins of Chicago, Illinois; his mother Marilyn Sue Fields Bryant of Paducah, Kentucky; his siblings, Caroline Atkins of Morehead, LaDonna Atkins of Paducah, Kentucky, Tommy Atkins of Paducah, Kentucky. and Allen Atkins of Paducah, Kentucky.; his uncles, Clarence Fields of Paducah and Mark Fields of Paducah; and his close friend Hobby Jean Cox of Paducah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
