We are sad to announce that, on November 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Billy W. Tooley of Paducah, Kentucky. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Billy W. Tooley to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Higbee and Virginia Heltsley Tooley Higbee. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Stapp Tooley; his son Timothy Wayne Tooley (Amie) of Paducah; his siblings, Peggy Jo White (Ted) of Canton, Texas and David Ray Tooley (Carolyn) of Melbourne, FL; and his grandchildren, Zach of Paducah, Nick of Paducah and Emma Tooley of Paducah.
