He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Bland; his parents, Troy Lee Bland and Alma Hodges Bland; and his son Allen Bland. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty and Georgian; his significant other Mary Peeler; his daughter Regina Oller (Doug) of West Paducah; and his grandchildren, Desiree Harned (Drew) of Paducah, Brandon Bland and Erik Oller of West Paducah. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
