He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Rixie Harper and Odell Harper. He is survived by: his wife Paula Ann Edwards Harper; his sons, Robert Scott Harper (Doug) of Paducah, William Shane Harper of Paducah and Terrell Stacy Harper of Paducah; his grandchildren, Austin Terrell Harper and Brianna Shay Harper; his great grandchild Baylor Odell Harper; his uncles, Larry Harper (Harrietta) and Donnie Harper (Daralea); Kimberly Jo Lindsey (Charles) of Paducah, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak (3745 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
