She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Medlin and Leda Barrow. She is survived by: her husband Homer Smith of LaCenter, KY; her daughters, Wanda Smith (Paul Griffin) of LaCenter, KY, Dawn Mays of Barlow, KY, Tina Barnhill of Barlow, KY and Angela Pratt (Jeff) of LaCenter, KY; her stepchildren, Shanika Smith of Paducah, KY, Beverly Smith of Paducah, KY, Brandie Smith of Paducah, KY, Trameca Anderson of Paducah, KY and Roman Anderson of Missouri; her godson Wade Wilcox of Kevil, KY; and her siblings, Carolyn Medlin of Barlow, KY and George Medlin of Metropolis, Illinois. She is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morrow Funeral Chapel (376 W Kentucky Dr, La Center, KY 42056). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at the LaCenter Cemetery.
