He was predeceased by: his sister Amanda; and his father Dale. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his mother Beverly; his children, Kylor (Ashley) of Benton, Gracie and Baylie of Owensboro, KY; and his brother Jake (Missi) of College Grove, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
