It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Vance-Rands of Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sampson Reynolds and Kathryn White Reynolds; and her former husband Robert Vance. She is survived by: her husband Randall Rands of Paducah; her daughters, Natalie Neeble of Paducah and Tammy Quertermous (Kent) of Paducah; her grandsons, Joshua Neeble and Justin Quertermous; her siblings, Betty Hopper, Judy Hall (Micky) and Billy Reynolds (Karin); her stepson Brandon Rands of Medford, OR; and her stepgrandchildren, Jasmine Rands, Maile Rands and River Rands. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
