He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Smith; his parents, Ronald Elmer Smith and Peggy Jo Stutzman; his stepfather Kenneth Stutzman; and his sister Candice Zavoral.
He is survived by: his children, Danea Smith, Joshua Smith (Ashley) and Bradley Smith (Natasha); the mother of his children Linda Smith; and his siblings, Rhonda Jo Smith, Bruce Smith (April) and Richard Smith (Brenda). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
