He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Neuman Harper and Rose Marie Harper (Johnston). He is survived by: his children, Justin Bruce Harper of Sharpe and Ashley Diana Harper of Gilbertsville; his brother Anthony Harper of Calvert City; and his grandchildren, Luke Harper, Aidan Roy and Neuman Lozano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
