He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Kinnis Cook; his children, Lisa Dawes of Paducah, Kentucky and Stanton Cook (Regina) of Huntsville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Robert Cook and Elizabeth Cook Parker (Tyson); and his great grandchildren, Lucy Parker and Henry Parker.
