It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Metcalf of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Mary Cordelia Lott (William); and her son Steven Metcalf. She is survived by: her mother Blanche Fulgham of Metropolis, IL; her children, Kevin Metcalf of Calvert City and Michele Childress (Lorne) of Paducah; her grandchildren, Brandy Roberts, Justin Metcalf, Martin Brugger, Sarah Bryant, Tyler Metcalf and Dora Metcalf; and her husband Bill. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
