With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carrie Mae Thomason of Paducah, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Gibson; her husband F. A. Thomason; her daughters, Kathy and Anna Thomason; and her brother Herbert Gibson.
She is survived by: her mother Opal Sullivan Gibson; her daughter Jan Clark (Garry) of Paducah; her brother Edward Gibson (Bonnie) of Jacksonville, Florida; her sister-in-law Jewell Gibson of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Emilee Clark of Paducah and Carry Thomason (Vince) of Cunningham; and her great grandchildren, Molly Summarell, Kate Summarell and Gabbi Thomason.
