He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Garnett and Wanda Brown Garnett. He is survived by: his children, Wes Garnett of Kevil, KY and Whitney Garnett of Paducah; and his granddaughters, Brooklyn Sweatt and Addison Sweatt. He is also survived by four sisters and four brothers along with several nieces and nephews.
