He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Binkley; his parents, Charles Binkley and Juanita Binkley (Bridwell); his children, Kip Binkley and Penny Binkley; and his sisters, Evelyn B. Lee (Binkley), Freda Ann Sherley (Binkley), Carrie Jane Binkley, Peggy Joyce Cannon (Binkley) and Dianna Austin (Binkley).
He is survived by: his significant other Evona Hughes of Reidland; his son Tim Binkley (Ginger) of Reidland; his grandchildren, Olivia Bridges (Marc) of Reidland and Ethan Binkley of West Paducah; and his great grandchild Miles Bridges of Reidland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (2975 Old Husbands Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
