He is survived by: his wife Shelly Parker Bell; his children, Carrie Bell of Paducah, Samuel Christopher Bell, Jack Robert Bell of Paducah, John MacCauley IV of Nashville and Parker MacCauley of Paducah; his parents, Robert "Bo" Shannon Bell and Carol Ann Wilkes Bell of Paducah; his siblings, Caroline Koster (Josh) of Paducah and John Bell (Rebecca) of Atlanta, Georgia; his in-law Dr. Bill Parker (Jane); his brothers-in-law, Sam Thompson (Brookly) of Paducah and Jeff Thompson of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Noah, Corban, Shiloh, Ezri, Kit Koster, Emmy, Nico Bell, Dr. Sam Thompson (Jessica) and Nick Thompson (Kelsey); his great-nephew Sammy Thompson, Jr.; and his great-nieces, Harper and Harlow Thompson.
