She is survived by: her boyfriend Tony Keeling; her daughter Lacey Nicole Rogers (James Vallery) of Paducah, KY; her sister Mary Sue Osborne of Winchester, KY; her siblings-in-law, Amanda Rogers Miller of Lone Oak, KY, Elizabeth Hendricks of Mayfield, KY and Richard Rogers; and her grandchildren, Hailey Rae Puckett and Karter Ray Childers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
