She is survived by: her mother Alma Faye Howard Stevens; her brothers, Jeffery Warren Stevens (Aundrea) of Hopkinsville, KY, Howard Douglas Stevens of Paducah, James Gregory Stevens (Elaine) of Paducah and Bryan Curtis Stevens of Paducah; her nieces and nephews, Chelsea Brannon Stevens, Kelsey Janay Stevens, Kierstyn Lenay Stevens, Kourtney Renee Toebbe (Joseph), William Andrew Stevens (Courtney) and Quentin Parker Stevens; her great-niece Madeline Grace Stevens; and her great-nephews, Zachary James Stevens, Michael Owen Stevens and Henry Blaise Stevens.
