He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Sue Vaughn-Felts; his children, LaCrecia Felts and Matthew Riley (Kim) of Sterling, VA; his sisters, Dolores Onan (Albert) of Paducah, Mary Lee Anderson of Paducah, Carol Osborne (Jim) of Paducah, Jeanne Abell (Darty) of Paducah, Phyllis Sims (Van) of Paducah, Kathy Hibbs (Mike) of Paducah and Betty Conkwright (Larry) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Alyssa Riley (John Fish), Kayla Edwards (Zack), Blane Hadley and MaKaela Craig; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Luke, Tyler, Izzie and Draidin; his parents, Joe Felts Sr. and Thelma Kaufman Felts; his daughter Cindy Felts; and his brothers, Joe "Sonny" Felts Jr. and Harold "Sappy" Felts. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
