She is survived by: her husband James Bernard Hayden; her children, Jennifer Ross (Justin) of Calvert City, KY, Chris Hayden of Kevil, KY and Josh Hayden (Nancy Campbell) of Mesa, AZ; her sister Karen Martin (David) of Reidland, KY; her grandchildren, Kiersten Hayden, Brady Ross (Alexis), Tyler Ross, Ariana Gibson and Dominic Hayden; and her great grandchild Kialer Gibson.
