He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Harrell of LaCenter, KY; his daughters, Sammy Harrell of LaCenter, KY and Donna Monroe (Jamey) of LaCenter, KY; his siblings, Billy Harrell of Cairo, Illinois and Shirley Harrell of Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, McKenzie Hutchison (Josh), Erika Scott, Hannah Monroe and Bella Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Ava Hutchison and Wrenley Hutchison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
