He was predeceased by: his sons, Craig Collins and Roger Collins; his grandson Nicholos Baugus; his sister Sue Harris; and his parents, Herbert Cleveland Baugus and Merdell Marie Spain Baugus.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie "Sugar" Short Baugus; his children, Tonya Collins Stamps (Willie) of Blytheville, Arkansas, Dawayne Baugus (Jo) of Paducah, Ricke Baugus of Paducah and Brant Collins (Amy) of Spring, Texas; his grandchildren, Dallas Baugus, Bobby Baugus (Hannah), Austin Baugus, Jordan Ryans (Devin) and Peyton Stamps (McKenzie); and his siblings, Janice Newton of Paducah, Lana Gertz of Chicago, Illinois and Forrest "Tony" Baugus (Cheryl) of Paducah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
