He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Fish and Amy Hickerson Fish of Erin, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Barnes Fish of Paducah, KY; his children, David B. Fish (Kelly) of Franklin, TN, Brandon Fish of Bowling Green, KY and Jamie Fish Nichols (Alex) of Eustis, FL; his stepson Jonathan Cambridge (Karen) of Jacksonville, AR.; his brothers, Jimmy Fish (Vanessa), Bill Fish (Becky) and Eric Fish (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Lofton, Alexander, Amelia, Fisher and Saylor; and his former wife Natalie Fish York. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
