He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Enoch Holmes and Gladys Marie Smith Holmes; his wife Barbara Lee Christian; and his sister Linda Faye Holmes. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Faye Holmes Osborn (Jesse) of Hillsboro, IL and Elizabeth Holmes Haslett of Wickliffe, KY; his siblings, Jimmy Holmes of Pontoon Beach, IL, Gladys Ulman of Stockton, MO and Cherie Tatum of Wickliffe, KY.; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kingery (Samuel), Austin Corrado, Vivian Holmes, Samantha Holmes and Sarah Holland (Kurtis). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
