He was predeceased by: his father James Leslie McCauley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Gruner McCauley; his children, James Lawrence McCauley of Paducah, Kentucky and Elizabeth McCauley of Paducah, Kentucky; his siblings, Connie Coe, Teresa Ann Satterfield, George McCauley and Donald McCauley; and his half-brother Jeff McCauley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
