She was predeceased by: her son Michael Lee Winstead; her parents, Wayne Stallions and Sue Tabor; and her siblings, Sandy Tabor and Danny Tabor.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Stainback of Paducah, Alisha Marie Stainback of Pensacola, FL and Jennifer Megan Stainback of Bowling Green; her siblings, Steve Tabor, Gary Tabor, Betty Tabor and Cynthia Houston; and her grandchildren, Mya Wallace, Kayee Winstead, Micah Winstead and Bradley Campbell.
