She was predeceased by: her daughter Crystal Diane Tolbert-Williams-Runge; her mother Betty Sue Anderson; and her husband Willard Stevenson of Calvert City. She is survived by: her children, Brandi Holloway of Paducah and James Villanueva of San Diego; her siblings, Kyle Staley of Nashville and Starla Cunningham of Vienna, IL; her father Bobby Staley of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Kayla, Cameron, Patrick and Joseph.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the McCracken County Humane Society.
