She was predeceased by: her mother Agnes Means Smith. She is survived by: her husband Keith Ruley of Kevil, Kentucky; and her children, Amber Howard of Metropolis, Illinois and David McDonald of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and a sister.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak (3745 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (6965 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003).
