He was predeceased by: his former wife Janet Ann Kinsel (Devine); his parents, Ada Pauline Kinsel (Kreitzer) and Orville Dale Kinsel; his aunt Marjorie Kinsel; and his stepdaughter Merry Melina Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kinsel; his children, Randall Dale Kinsel (Barbara Kinsel), Pamela Rae Kasai (Jerry Kasai), Paula Louise Kinsel and Rick Alan Kinsel; his stepdaughter Leah Landis (David Landis); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Imwalle (Pollitt), Jessie Pollitt, Jaclyn Kasai, Nicole Cummins, Jacob Landis and Ethan Landis; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn Imwalle and Collin Davis.
