He is survived by: his fiancée Summer Holloman; his children, Rosamay Banks and Jaxson Hatfield; his parents, Carrie Henson (Chris Henson) of Paducah and Nick Hatfield of Grand Rivers, KY; his sisters, Tiffany Scott (Jeremy) of Benton, KY, Lauren Hatfield of Paducah, KY and Kelsee Henson of Elizabethtown, KY; and his grandparents, Rudy, Mary Hobbs, Nick, Jackie Hatfield Sr., Roy and Margaret Duncan.
