He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Swinford and Agnes Swinford. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Swinford of Paducah; his children, Teresa Howard (Ted) of Cary, NC, Dondrea Sullivan (Eddie) of Austin, TX and Todd Swinford of Paducah; his grandchildren, Taylor Howard of Charlotte, NC, Tucker Howard of Greenville, SC, Ty Swinford of Paducah and Megan Swinford of Paducah; and his sisters, Mildred Younkin of Herrin, IL and Bonnie Stimac of Schererville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
