He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans of Paducah; and his children, Jamie Evans (Holly) of Paducah, Mike Evans (Deborah) of Effingham, IL, Debbie Dew (Stephen) of Boaz, Shirley Amyx (Rick) of Paducah, Sheila Leigh of Paducah and Sharon Roberts (Mark) of Spencerville, OH. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
