She was predeceased by: her father Chester Vinson; and her sisters, Deanna Bealmear and Donna Vinson. She is survived by: her mother Pearl Durbin Vinson; her husband Gary Shaffer; her children, Ginny Shaffer of Springfield, Tennessee, Gary Shaffer II of Paducah and Jeffrey Shaffer of Frankfort, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Colleen Shaffer of Frankfort, Kentucky and Addison Shaffer of Frankfort, Kentucky; and her brothers, David Vinson, Danny Vinson and Donald Vinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
