He was predeceased by : his parents, David Carter and Ruth Carter. He is survived by : his wife Ann Carter; his children, Kevin Carter of Paducah, Daniel Eichler (Natalie) of Colorado Springs and Lynn Muse (Myron) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Makenna Carter, Norah Carter, Alyssa Carter, Ty Carter, Eli Carter, Shawn Muse, Tesla Muse and Leonardo Eichler.
