He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Ruby Nell Harned; and his sister Karan Qualls. He is survived by: his son Andrew C. Harned (Amanda) of Paducah; his siblings, Mark Harned (Debbie) of Paducah, Brenda Holt of Marshall County and Ronda Beckenbaugh of Marshall County; and his grandchildren, Brayden Hill, Bailee Hill and Brynlie Robinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
