He is survived by: his parents, Eddy Oliver and Charlotte Oliver of LaCenter, KY; his daughter Heather Bulger (Josh); his grandchildren, Luna, Cayde and Violet Bulger; and his sisters, Anita Beasley (Jerry) of LaCenter, KY and Alisa Bartholomew of Lansing, MI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
