He was predeceased by: his father Charles Clark; and his brother Richard Clark. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jean Bennett Clark; and his children, Judy Simmons (George) of Mayfield, KY, Kathy Peterson of Punta Gorda, FL, Jack Clark (Jean) of Ludington, MI and Ronald Clark (Michelle) of Ludington, MI. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
