She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ramage and Veva Irene Peck Ramage; her husband Charlie Ray Brown; her daughter Lenise VeRay Bell; and her brothers, Rubel Ramage, Glendel Ramage and Carroll Ramage.
She is survived by: her son Gregg C. Brown (Shirley) of Sierra Vista, Arizona; and her grandchildren, Shannon Brown (Jack), Stewart Lofton (Susan), Amber Gates (Andy) and Eric Bell. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Honored as a Kentucky Colonel and as a Duchess of Paducah, Louise's contributions to her community were recognized and celebrated by both the state and the city she loved.
