He was predeceased by: his parents, George William "Bill" and Helen Lankheit Carman; his wife Maureen McCarthy Carman; his brother Joe Carman; and his son-in-law Jeff Stallings.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Sanders (Dennis) of Paducah, KY and Bill Carman (Lana) of Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, Catherine Pierson (Phil), Mollina Carman, Frank Stallings (Kyndall), Patrick Sanders, Stephen Carman (Tara), David Carman and Troy Carman; his great grandchildren, Bastien Kwassivi, Benjamin Pierson, William Pierson and Benjamin Carman; his brother David Carman (Georgia) of Kelso, MO; and his sister-in-law Barbara Carman of Charleston, MO..
