She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Franklin Overby; her parents, Raymond Paris and Myrtie Stubbs Paris; and her siblings, Eula Belle Woodring (Coy) and Robert Paris (Joy).
She is survived by: her children, Brelinda Kern (Tony) of O'Fallon, Tamara Heater of Granite City, Debra Travelstead (Bruce) of Carbondale, Illinois and Frank Overby (Teresa) of Benton; and her grandchildren, Franklin James Overby, Brooks Overby (Catie), Michelle Rhea (David), Mitchell Overby, Nathan Kern (Christine), Evan Kern (Angie), Matthew Frizzell (Meghan), Whitney Weisenberger (Brandon), Stuart Heather and Ryan Heater. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
