He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Burch and Margaret Burch; and his brother Pat Burch. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Burch of Paducah, KY; his sons, Carl Hugh Johnson (Anna Lissa) of Washington, NC, Thomas Hampton Burch (Janna) of Indian Trails, NC and Matthew David Burch (Sharlee) of Lexington, KY; and his siblings, Phil Burch of Little Rock, AK, James Burch of Las Vegas, NV and Margaret Burch Worth (Tommy) of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
