He is survived by: his son Jason Hawkins (Shelley); his grandchildren, Seth and Kylah; his sister-in-law Linda Jo Boaz of Paducah; his nieces, Laurie Vaupel (Ken) of Findlay, OH and Michelle Litchfield (Sam) of Franklin, TN; and also, Glenn Hawkins (Joretta) of Paducah, Charles "Chili" Hawkins (Peggy) of Paducah and Nedra Cole of Benton. He is also survived by three great-nephews, a great-niece, and several great-great nieces and nephews.
