George Harold McMinn Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Harold McMinn of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Milan, Tennessee, who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert McMinn; his wife Joanna Marie Emge McMinn; and his granddaughter Amy McMinn Cope. He is survived by: his children, Sandra McKeown of Lexington, George McMinn Jr. (Sharon) of Paducah, Karen Paxton (David) of Paducah, Linda Robinson (Clay) of Paducah, Jenifer Lowe of Aurora, Michael McMinn (Jennifer) of San Marcos and Tim McMinn (Lisa Campbell) of Pinson, Alabama; his grandchildren, Cheryl Adams (Rob), Brian McKeown (Lara), Shannon Wright (Randall), Shawn Fister (Jim), George McMinn III (Jennifer), Justin McMinn (Kathleen), Jason Cranor (Brooklyn), James Paxton (Leigh Ann), Joanna Federico (Christopher), Michael Paxton (Bridget), John Paxton, Daniel Paxton, Lindsey Fleener (Shane), Alan Robinson (Krissie), William Robinson (Kyle), Emma Straub (Eric), Jason Lowe (Brittany), Traci Lowe (Brian), Patricia Lowe, Michael McMinn, Lucille McMinn and Virginia McMinn; and his siblings, Betty Presley of Brownsville, Tennessee and Sammie McMinn of Fayetteville. He is also survived by forty great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
