He was predeceased by: his father Charles Oscar "C. O." Turner; and his siblings, Naomi Lynn Turner, Anna Turner and Carl Turner. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold Turner (Melissa) of Mt. Juliet, William Turner of Calvert City and David Turner (Kathy) of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
