She was predeceased by: her husband William Dale Cornwell; her father Lonnie Reagan; and her niece Karla Jean Clark. She is survived by: her children, Loretta Stringer (Michael) of Paducah, Percella Cox (Mike) of Paducah and Alan Ray Rutherford of Hardmoney; her mother Loretta Bryant Reagan of Kevil; her siblings, Sandy Charllis of Kevil, Sharon Clark of Paducah, Patricia McBride of Kevil, Brenda McDonald of Garden Grove, California, Lonnie Reagan (Cory) of Elk Grove, Timmy Reagan of Carlton, Dan Reagan (Della) of Paducah and Michael Reagan (Sherry) of West Paducah; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Driscoll (Kevin), Lakyn Worthen (Austin), Tegan Stringer, Cami Cox and Easton Dale Cox; and her great grandchildren, Kason Driscoll, Case Worthen, Kenna Driscoll and Cole Worthen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
